Benidorm Boat Trip: Tabarca to Alicante

A popular trip from Benidorm is the boat trip to Tabarca and Alicante. Leaving from the Port of Benidorm the trip takes about 1.5 hours to reach Tabarca and a further 40 minutes to reach Alicante. In this video we set sail on an adventure and discover one of Spains flattest islands which only has 100 habitants. The island has many tunnels and was a popular spot for Pirates. Alicante is steeped in history, with its famous monuments, castle and old architecture mixed in with modern day art it is a popular holiday destination for the Spanish. We explore some of what the city offers before heading back to Benidorm on a treacherous boat trip when we got caught in a huge storm.
