I love the Spanish town of Benidorm with all its craziness, however its sometimes nice to escape the madness and head out of town.
I decided to explore the surrounding area around Benidorm and jumped on a number 10 bus heading for Altea. The journey took 25 minutes and cost about two Euro.
The town is dominated by a large church which dominates the skyline above the whitewashed houses and I thought it would be great to climb the hill and take in the breathtaking views of the Benidorm skyline and the beautiful mountains.
