How unusual – an amusement park situated at the depths of a disused salt mine. A short journey from Cluj-Napoca in Transylvania is the Salina-Turda Salt Mines which now houses a huge underground amusement facility. Inside the mine is a large Ferris Wheel, table tennis, crazy golf, boating lake and theatre plus much more to explore. The mines are regarded as a national treasure and are very popular with tourists.
