After arriving home after a long day I found that the council refuse collectors had refused to empty my recycle bin because somebody had contaminated it with rubbish not allowed in the recycle bin. After taking the rubbish out by hand (eggshells, nappies, food waste) I decided to find a way of locking my wheelie bin to avoid this happening again. In this video, I demonstrate the process I used to lock my recycle bin which cost me £1!
